AARBAB REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At AARBAB, we stand by the quality and care that goes into every stitch. However, if you're not fully satisfied, we make returns and exchanges simple and fair.

Return Period You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • All tags must be attached
  • The product must be listed as "returnable" on its product page
  • Final Sale items, accessories, and intimate wear are non-returnable

Refund Process As AARBAB does not offer Cash on Delivery, Tabby, or Tamara:

  • Debit/Credit Card Payments: Refunds are issued to the same card within 5–7 business days after your return is approved and inspected

Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer a one-time size exchange for the same product, subject to availability
  • If your preferred size is unavailable, you can choose to receive a refund instead

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Caps
  • Socks
  • Accessories

  2. Confirmation: Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions
  3. Processing: Once your item is received and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed
